I am inquiring after the internship position available. Having worked at a number of jobs where organizational and public relations skills are necessary, I am uniquely qualified for this position. My past four years have been as a customer service/communication specialist. Most recently I worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Certiport.Inc where I assisted customers via telephone with software problems, general information, password troubles, center locations, etc.
